Request Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your Bazat Tracker account and associated personal data, you can submit a request using one of the following methods:
- Email: care@bazat.ai
- Contact your organization administrator (if your account is managed by your company).
What data will be deleted?
When your account deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- User profile information
- Phone number and login information
- Device registration associated with your account
- Location history stored for your account (if applicable)
- App preferences
What data may be retained?
Some information may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements.
This may include:
- Audit logs
- Security logs
- Backup records
These records are retained for 90 days after account deletion and are then permanently deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
